How I approach the workThis work only works when it’s grounded in reality—not theory, not best-case scenarios. I focus on a few core principles that shape how I engage with clients and problems.
Clarity over complexity
If something can’t be explained simply, it’s not ready to act on.
Execution over ideas
Good ideas only matter if they can survive real-world conditions.
So you can see the forrest through the trees.
Systems over silos
Most problems aren’t isolated—they’re connected. We work accordingly.
Partnership over prescription
I don’t drop in with answers. I work alongside you to figure out what actually fits.
Meet Megan
I’m someone who works best in complexity.
Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across education, workforce development, edtech, HR, partnerships, hospitality, and program design. Always at the intersection of strategy and execution.
What I’ve learned is this: most work doesn’t fail because of ideas. It fails because of the gap between what’s planned and what can actually be executed.
That gap is where I work.
I’m not interested in overcomplicating things or applying frameworks for the sake of it. I care about whether the work actually moves—and whether it holds up once it leaves the page.
It starts with a conversation
If things feel stuck, unclear, or heavier than they should be, we can start by talking it through.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
